The Parish Activities Commission coordinates the organization and promotion of social and recreational events for parishioners and encourages participation as Christians in the larger civic community.

Fest Quest

Fest Quest raises funds for the church and school based on the current needs of the Parish. Each year a specific project is identified to benefit from this event, the largest parish fundraiser. The festival is typically held the second week of October each year.

There are numerous levels of time commitment needed by many in the planning and executing of this event. Opportunities include:

Event Volunteers (i.e. set up, event staffing, take down) 1-4 hr shifts

Committee Members (event planning and preparations) 2-3 hrs per month, 3 months prior

Committee Chairs (i.e. Sweet Shoppe, Silent Auction 3-6 hrs per month, 3 months prior

Baskets, Children’s Games)

Event Co-Chair (Coordinates and oversees entire event) 10 hrs per month, 4 months prior

Not sure where your talents would best fit? If so, list the talent/skill you would like to share and we will follow up with you. If you express interest in being involved with Fest Quest, someone from the planning team will contact you as the event gets closer to confirm availability. Thank you!
